International Travel

• • Return International Economy Flights from your origin country.
  • Upgrade options to Premium Economy or Business Class (additional cost).
  • Flights provided by top-rated airlines such as Emirates, Qatar Airways, Singapore Airlines, or Turkish Airlines for a comfortable journey.

Visas and Documentation:

• • Entry visas for eligible passports (single-visit, tourism only).
  • Assistance with entry visa processing if required.
  • Passports must have at least 6 months of validity from the return date.
  • Guests need to provide a copy of their passport’s front page for flight tickets and visa issuance.

Transfers and Transportation:

• • All airport transfers by private air-conditioned vehicles.
  • Domestic flights within Egypt (Cairo – Aswan / Luxor – Cairo).

Accommodation:

• • 3 nights in Cairo with breakfast and taxes.
  • 2 nights in Aswan with breakfast and taxes.
  • 3 nights on a 5-star Nile cruise (full board: breakfast, lunch, and dinner).
  • 3 nights in Luxor with breakfast and taxes.

Meals:

• • 11 Breakfasts, 9 Lunches, and 3 Dinners (as indicated in the itinerary).

Tours and Sightseeing:

• • All sightseeing tours in Cairo and Luxor as private guided tours.
  • Sightseeing tours on the Nile cruise as part of the shared group.
  • Entrance fees to all sites as per the itinerary.
  • Local English-speaking guide throughout the tours.

Additional Services:

• • Bottled water during trips.
  • Portage assistance when needed.
  • Meet-and-greet service by representatives at airports.
  • Guest relations assistance during the stay.

• First deposit: 25% of the total tour price plus full return international flight fare at the time of booking.
  (Full flight fare is required to secure your booking from any increase later.)
• Second deposit: 25% of the tour price 45 days before departure of the tour.
• Final payment: 50% balance 7 days before departure of the tour.

Prices quoted in AUD are for Australia only. Price may change due to fluctuations in the value of AUD against the USD.

Cancellation:

• Full refund of deposit if cancelled within 7 days of booking.
• Flight ticket fare will be refunded as per the airline policy depending on the time of cancellation.

1. Cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit paid if cancelled 60 days before departure.
2. Cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit paid if cancelled 59-30 days before departure.
3. If cancelled 29-7 days before departure, then 50% of the total deposit paid.
4. No refund if cancelled 7 days before departure.

For Christmas/New Year/Easter periods, cancellation policies may differ due to the high season.
